Apple iPhone Insurance Information

What is the difference between Apples iPhone Care and iPhone insurance? It’s quite simple really; the Apple Care product is simply an extended warrantee product with a fancy name, aimed directly at Apples customers. You should be aware that it will not offer you any protection from Loss, Theft, Accidental Damage, Water Damage and Fraudulent Calls made from your iPhone if it ends up out of your control*. Apple cover for the iPhone was $69.00 as at 10th February 2011 and is available here should you be interested.
Alternatively, iPhone insurance has the advantage of being able to cover you for LOSS, THEFT, ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE (including water and liquid damage) FRAUDULENT CALL COVER, INTERNATIONAL COVER and INCLUDES AN EXTENDED WARRENTEE, plus the advantage of 48 hour replacement with many of the leading insurance providers.
