eBay is a great place to find a bargain, from a new Apple iPhone to a new car, you can find it all on eBay. Having said that, there must be some things that you just would not put you trust in the online auction place, insurance products for example; would you really search the online market place for products like eBay iPhone insurance? Personally I would not use any online auction for any kind of insurance product, I would much rather search for this kind of item on the internet, or take note of word of mouth recommendations.

After having a quick search on line for ebay iPhone insurance, I quickly discovered 2 lots for iPhone insurance and one for iPhone 4 insurance all selling for a buy now price of £4.99, but after a closer examination, it becomes clear that these are not really genuine insurance offers, more of a guide or information product that is meant to show you a secret method to insure your iPhone for less than half the price of high street mobile phone stores.

Personally, I think I would prefer to search Google myself for iPhone insurance as there are specialist comparison websites for mobile phone insurance that monitor prices over time, I feel this information would be more accurate than an eBay iPhone insurance guide that could well have been out of date six months before you pressed the ‘buy now’ button.
